We started with a desire to make healthy eating delicious, fun, and affordable. With a passion for both delicious food and fitness, we thought this would be a project worth exploring. In 2016, after operating our own restaurant for many years, we decided to start Fitchow, a meal prep company delivering healthy pre-packaged meals to homes in our local market! Putting passion to plate we quickly started making an impact and loved the process. Since then we have made thousands of meals and impacted hundreds of lives within our community and beyond!

We then started thinking… if we could make an impact with the younger generation, we could help inspire good eating habits at a young age. If we could make healthy eating fun, delicious, and accessible for kids… we would be one step closer to our goal. And in 2023 with the help of a friend and a huge blessing, we launched our student lunch program, Fitchowkids!

And here we are, a kitchen and a mission, ready to serve.
